terms & conditions

on confirmation and delivery

  • for now, the flower girl on delivers within metro manila and nearby cities only. we're currently working on ways to expand our reach so stay tuned for updates.
  • same day delivery cut-off is 12 noon (philippine time), and available to only selected products.
  • we welcome requests for a time-specific delivery, however it cannot be guaranteed especially during peak season (i.e. valentine’s day, christmas, mother’s day, all saint’s day, etc.)
  • please ensure that the contact details stated in the order form are correct. we will be contacting you to reconfirm your order.

on substitution

  • the flower girl strives to ensure that only high quality flowers are to be delivered to you or your loved ones. flowers are seasonal and perishable therefore we cannot guarantee the exact same arrangement as shown in the photo. should an item be unavailable on the day of your specified delivery date, we maintain the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value, with the sole intention of keeping the arrangement’s appearance as close to what you have selected.
  • wrappers, ribbons, and other materials used for designs may vary according to availability. we will ensure to use materials of equal or higher value, as well as follow the same theme of the original design.
